Bulova is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return policy for any unworn or defective timepieces purchased directly from our online boutique. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all warranty cards and instruction booklets included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your timepiece in its original presentation box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with the completed return form.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
